She is survived by: her daughter Alishia Taylor (Justin) of Pennington Gap; her grandchildren, Dezaire, Destiny, Arianna and Alexander Taylor of Pennington; and her siblings, Kelly Creekmore Osborne, Kimberly Cole of Toledo, OH and Bob Crapsey (Donna) of Caryville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
