She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Barger (Vendzules). She is survived by: her daughter Laurie; her son-in-law Ray Owens; and her sisters, Claire Durkin (Devereaux) and Jeanne Kelly (Devereaux). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Before moving to New Jersey during COVID, Betty (the "Great One" as she was nicknamed by her sweet Great Grandson Jeremy) resided in Leesburg, Florida where she had many loving and supportive friends and fabulous memories in retirement at Hawthorne with husband Pete while living on a lake amongst abundant wildlife.
