With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Julia Parkin of Leesburg, Florida, who passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin A Davis and Julia Chesshyre Davis; her daughter Karen Jill Parkin Smith; and her husband Dr. W. B. Parkin, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Parkin Sobach, Rebecca Parkin Hall and Christopher Mark Parkin; and her grandchildren, Kathy Bland, Lisa Blue, Amy Rachel, Rob Hall, Terri Martinez, Jenni Walton, Lisa Fischer, John Parkin, Gene Parkin, Christy Wright and Faith Shoemaker. She is also survived by 26 Great-Grandchildren, and 11 Great-great Grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (432 Co Rd 466, Lady Lake, FL 32159).
