It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel L. Sylvia Sr. of Leesburg, Florida, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Sylvia and Maria Sylvia (Santos); his wife Joyce Sylvia of Leesburg, FL; his children, Manuel L. "Manny" Sylvia, Jr. of Leesburg, FL, Jonathan Sylvia of Okahumpka, FL and Carmen Quintana of Leesburg, FL; his sisters, Maria A. Sylvia of Ocala, FL and Ana A. Daniels (Leslie) of Boca Raton, FL; and his granddaughter Maria Piadade Sylvia of Leesburg, FL. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews as well as a host of brothers and sisters.
The family has requested donations to be made to First Baptist Church of Okahumpka in Manny's loving memory.
