We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 60, Loula A Heffner Parks of Leesburg, Florida, born in Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her mother Maria Heffner; her siblings, Jackson Edward "Jerry" Heffner, Louisa Self (Mike) and Jordan Heffner; her children, Gilles Pierce (Matthew) and Mathewson Parks; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Libby" Pierce, Victoria Pierce, Aliyah Pierce and Myra Pierce.
