It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lona Carroll Works (Leesburg, Florida), who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Grant and Arthur Grant; her brothers, Jack Grant, Gordon Grant and Bruce Grant; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Thompson, Joey Thompson and Heather Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, David Works of Glenwood, Barbara Holloway (Michael) of Fruitland Park, Brenda Zipperer (Robert) of Leesburg, FL and Wendy Kordonowy (Loren) of Belfield, ND. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
