He is survived by: his wife Jane Chamberlin; his children, Vance Chamberlin (Christine), Steve Sweet, Eric Sweet (Grace), Vicki Chamberlin Baldes (Fred), Kim Sheffer (Travis) and Debbie Jamison (Thomas); his siblings, Brian Chamberlin (Rebecca), Brooke Fountain and D'Arcy Scalzo (Tony); his grandchildren, Edward Lance Piluso, Makayla Leigh Piluso, Carrie Sgroi and Cory Dailey; and his great grandchild Gabriel Sgroi.
