He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raybould and Jesse Neilsen. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Slate Raybould; his sons, Edward Raybould (Michelle) of Marietta, OH and Matthew Raybould (Brenda) of Jacksonville, FL; his stepgrandsons, Matthew Bolen and Christopher Cook; and his sister Ann Nealis Fekkos. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
