We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 77, Joyce Harper of Leesburg, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leroy David and Genevieve Bass; her husband Larry Russell Harper; her daughter Cindy Engelhart (Bill); her brother Bill Bass (Linda); and her grandson Ethan Engelhart.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to go to Parkinson's and Dementia research foundations.
