He was predeceased by: his parents, Zona "Jackie" Heath and Fred E. Heath. He is survived by: his wife Connie Heath; and his children, Christopher K. Heath, Joseph W. Heath II, Melissa L. Stephan and Christina M. Howell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Beyers Funeral Home & Crematory (1123 W Main St, Leesburg, FL 34748). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
