It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnye Doris Phillips Beck-Cole (Leesburg, Florida), born in Lowndesville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Rayford" Phillips and Robbie Lucille Black Phillips; her siblings, Theron, Lowell, Jo Ann (Danesky), Bobby and Beverly (Williams); her former husband John Beck; her stepson Danny Beck; and her daughter Melanie McLain.
She is survived by: her stepson Danny Lee; her husband Charlie Cole; her sister Eleanor Swanson; her son-in-law Thomas McLain; and her great grandchildren, Tara McLain of Wichita, KS, Rachel, Stephen Elliott, Olivia and Seth Crow. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the missions program at Calvary Baptist Church.
