He was predeceased by: his parent William Edna. He is survived by: his parent Mary Edna; his children, John F. McNeill, Jr., Jim Dolan (Lynda), Tom Dolan (Caroline) and Doreen Gallo (late Floyd); and his granddaughters, Jaclyn Mudrick and Rachael Gallo.
Jack was also predeceased by his wife, Dottie (nee Moss McNeill, brothers Bill and Joe and sisters, Jane Yost, Betty Byron, RuthAnn Corkery, Eileen Nelson, and Emily "Peggy" Kilfoyle Survived by sisters Joan Hennelly, Edna Frame, Alice Conway and brother Tom and many nieces and nephews. Jack and Dottie lived for 30 years in Havertown, PA until Jack retired in 1996 from Union Paving Co/ Glassgow, Inc and they moved to Leesburg, FL where he enjoyed golf and bowling. He stayed a true fan of his Philly sports teams, especially his beloved Phillies, and got to enjoy the Eagles Super Bowl win last February. Visitation will be held at Kevin Lyons Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike in Glenolden PA on Saturday, October 27, 2018 10:00 – 11:00AM followed by his memorial service at 11:00AM. Burial is Private.
