He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Mitchell and Jessie M. Mitchell (Mickel); his wife Eugenia Mitchell; and his son David B. Mitchell. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey D. Mitchell of Chipley, FL and Dale Mitchell (Eileen) of Ft. Myers, FL; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Mitchell; his grandchildren, Meredith Barnes, Erica Mitchell and Wesley Mitchell; and his great grandchild Harper Lynn Mitchell.
