John Beekman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Beekman (Leesburg, Florida), who passed away on September 24, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Beekman and Easter Beekman; his siblings, Margaret Schillinger and Junior Beekman; and his wife Nelle B. Slusher Beekman (Virginia Guilbault).
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Mercier (Del) and Mary Jo Hughes (Tim); his stepdaughter Nancy Morris (Randy); his grandchildren, Heather Rodgers (J. J.), Taylor Hughes (Jenny), Travis Hughes and Marc Mercier (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle, Ayden Rodgers, Kelsey Sutton and Knolan Hughes; his niece Taylor (David); and his close friend Wanda Clark.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Gift Fund @ Lake Port Square East.
