He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Batchelor and Mary Irene Batchelor; and his former wife Margaret Batchelor. He is survived by: his wife Annette Batchelor; his children, Deborah Comito, Stephanie Carter, John Batchelor Jr. and Becky Masaitis; his grandchildren, Alex Comito, Ashly Trapp, Brandi Carter, Payton Masaitis, Trenton Batchelor and Brayden Masaitis; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Brooke Comito.
