He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Dow Perkins; his children, Jesse Edwin Perkins II (Tina), Robin Stroich (Steve) of Middleburg, FL and Kerri Shumpert (Tony) of Satellite Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Hannah, Jackson and Katharine Grace; and his siblings, Larry Perkins (Felice Clark) of Liverpool, NY and Debbie Jones (Phil) of Arlington, VA.. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
