It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ann McGaharan of Leesburg, Florida, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin George (Marian) and Barbara Evelyn Moomey (Wheeler); her husband James M. McGaharan; and her son-in-law Keith Sparks. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy McGaharan and Kelly Sparks; her grandchildren, Chelsey, Katie, Chevy, Carlie, James and Daniel; her great grandchildren, LeDesi, Harper, Harlow and Woody; and her siblings, Sharon Christy (Tom), Annette Hatfield (Jody), Melvin Moomey, Ray Moomey (Chris) and Robert Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Janet may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
