James Boliek Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boliek and Louise Boliek. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boliek; his children, Chad (Angie) of Fruitland Park, Lori Carroll of Fruitland Park and Carie Fanning (Michael) of Los Alamos; his brother Richard Boliek (Glenda) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Chandler, Caylen, Easton, Beckham, Lyndsey, Blake, Brianne, Stephanie and Katherine; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Atticus.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for charitable donations to be made in memory of Jim to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
