It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacob Kertz of Leesburg, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jacob Kertz and Marie Thomas Kertz; his wife Nancy C. Kertz; and his sister Doris Hawkins of Plant City. He is survived by: his children, James (Kelly) of Leesburg and Lora of Hollywood, FL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews from his naval family.

Flowers may be sent to Beyer's Funeral Home, 1123 W Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748 or in lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Paul's Catholic School in Leesburg.
