She is survived by: her daughter Shelby Gibson of Toccoa; her brother David Carter of Toccoa; her sister-in-law Sara Carter of Toccoa; her niece Deborah Stephens; and her nephew Danny Carter. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
