He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Carollo and Francesca Carollo (Polizzano); his wife Rita Arruda; and his sister Rosalie. He is survived by: his children, John Carollo Jr. (Cheryl) of Melbourne, FL, Joseph Carollo of South Glastonbury, CT, Jamie Carollo (Patricia) of Lehigh Acres, FL and Frances Carollo Bizier (Steve) of Summerville, SC.; his sister Jodi Garda of Staten Island, NY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Gilbert, Kelly Carollo, Jennifer Carollo, Cassie Carollo, Thomas G Lang and Marissa Lang; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Amato, Stephen Amato, Brandon Bizier and Rebecca Bizier; his great grandchild Lacie Mae Baker; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alex and Emily Gilbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation.
