He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonide Charland and Cecile Charland (Rivard); his granddaughter Angela Adams; and his siblings, Normand Charland, Leonide Charland, Clement Charland, Arthur Charland, Marietta Bossie, Mary Paul Magoon, Lorraine Lavoie and Theresa Lemire.
He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Charland (Wallace) of Leesburg, FL; his son John (Lauri O'Neil); his grandchildren, Meagan O'Neil, Zachary O'Neil and Paige Brown (Brendon); his daughter Deborah Hubert; his son-in-law Paul Hubert; and his children, David Hubert, Scott Hubert, Mitchell Hubert and Angela. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
