He is survived by: his wife Grace Taylor of Leesburg; his sons, Geoff Taylor (Nancy) of Niantic, CT, Timothy Taylor of New London, CT and Fred Taylor (Diana Glaiser) of Virginia Beach, VA.; his stepchildren, Kimberly Riggio of Westbrook, CT and Mark Rowland (Gretchen) of Guilford, CT.; and his siblings, Brent Taylor (Sandra) of Old Saybrook, CT and Catherine Billings (Richard) of Chester, CT.. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren a niece and1 nephew.
