He is survived by: his siblings, Dolores Bellone (Joseph) of Little River, SC and Charles Osborne (Eileen) of Staten Island, NY.; his wife Jennifer of Leesburg, FL; his children, Lillie Taha Osborne and Frank Edward Osborne, Jr.; his stepchildren, Christopher Voss of Leesburg, FL and Alexis Lecco (Dillon) of Leesburg, FL.; his niece Stacy Johnson (Mark); his great-niece Sarah Behrman; his great-nephew Justin Behrman; his nephew Gerald Cheshire III; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeryd Cheshire, Kiley Cheshire and Jayden Cheshire; his grandchildren, Nora Taha, Abraham Taha and Joseph Osborne; his brother William Osborne; his stepgranddaughter Lillian Lecco; his sisters, Delilah and Delaney Lecco of Leesburg, FL.; and also Levi.
