He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Noonan and Margaret Noonan; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hinchman; his siblings, Joe, Jim, Helen, Peggy and Jerry; his son Dennis; and his grandchildren, Donnie and Amber Truitt.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Schumacher; his grandchildren, Kristi Celentano and Michael Celentano (Kiley); his great grandchild Rylan; his son Kevin (Tammie); his grandchildren, Catherine, Josh and Ryan; his daughter Maureen Truitt (Donnie); his grandchildren, Morgan, Lindsay and Madison; his son Michael (Ann); his granddaughter Nicole; his son Edward (Norma); his grandchildren, Norma, Edward and Candace; his son Christopher (Kristina); his grandson Anthony Sangalang; his great grandchildren, Khyrstyn Brown (Austin), Colton Brumley and Kylie Brumley; his sister-in-law Edna; and also, Ryan Schumacher (Celise), Casey Schumacher, Brynlee, Haddie, Mayley, Oaklyn, Kingston and Journee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends, and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake, FL or to the Wounded Warrior Project in support of other veterans who have proudly served their country.
