He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Riggs and Eula Mae Riggs; and his brother Tommy Riggs (Ethel Riggs). He is survived by: his children, Perry Riggs (Lucy), Brad Riggs (Sabrina) and Kelly Riggs; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Timothy, David, Chelsea, Perry and Denera. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
