We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 86, Eleanor J. Boulier of Leesburg, Florida, born in Edwards, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert E. Skeldon and Maude M. Skeldon (Sparling); and her husband Forest Boulier. She is survived by: her siblings, Allen Skeldon (Bonnie Burnside) of Leesburg, FL and Beatrice McEathron of Oswegatchie, NY. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Eleanor was a member of Philanthropic Education Organization (P.E.O.) a Philanthropic Education Foundation helping women achieve their highest aspirations through education.
