She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Locke and Edith Locke. She is survived by: her children, Robin Kay Nelis (Tom) of Oneida Tennessee, Steven J. Polk of Florida, Charles Michael Polk of Tennessee and Clinton Wayne Chapman (Sayward) of Altoon, Florida. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
