He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Ann Murphy; his parents, George Lowe and Caroline Lowe; his children, Timothy Lowe and Michelle Maples; and his brothers, Tom Lowe, Stan Lowe and Jerry Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lowe; his son Dave Lowe (Sherri); and his siblings, Dale Lowe, Jean Paajanen and Lola Hileman.
