He is survived by: his daughter Holly Bush; his grandchildren, Christian Bush and Noel Bush; his parents, Jan R. and Bonnie Woodring; his siblings, Dale Woodring, Darin Woodring and Cindy Purvis (John); his aunt Bonda Tutwiler; and his uncle Robert Tutwiler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
