He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Highberger and Louise Highberger (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Betty Highberger (Weimer); his children, Denise Rhoads (Steve) of Ligonier, PA., Arlene Hostetler (David) of Irwin, PA and Brian Highberger (Jenni) of Leesburg, FL.; and his granddaughters, Rachel Eileen Rhoads, Lindsey Nicole Miller, Danielle Elise Hostetler and Niki Deanna Hostetler. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any memorial donations go to missions, which was very close to Dean's heart. Donations can be made to Praise Assembly of God in North Versailles, P.A. or Life Church in Fruitland Park, F.L.
