He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann Clark (Davis) and Verl Wayne Carr. He is survived by: his wife Janet Carr (Fritsche); his son Michael David Carr; his granddaughters, Ella and Ava Carr; his brother Jim Carr; his stepsisters, Paula Schemerhorn and Janet Nolan; and his sister-in-law Linda Ray.
