He is survived by: his wife Debby; his son Donny (Olivia); his granddaughters, Lanie and Macie; his daughter Desi'Rae Bergman; and his siblings, Terry Allen, Jeff Allen, Jayne Ives and Becky McDaniel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
