With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton Lee Bridges M. D. of Leesburg, Florida, born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lee Bridges and Elizabeth O'dell Bridges (Carver). He is survived by: his wife Glenda Johnson (Johnson); his children, Clifton Lee Bridges Jr. M. D. (Allison Sewell), Martha Bridges Mehr and Col Ret Christopher Bridges; his grandchildren, Sam, Cade, Kate, Cliﬀ, Ava, Ryan, Chase, Jay and Taylor; and his brother Claude Roy Bridges. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, memorials may be made to Folds of Honor or Morrison United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund.
