He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Faszcza and Josephine Faszcza (Ciecierska); his grandson Justin Plouffe; and his siblings, Edward, Joseph, John, Helen Cwiakala, Hedwig "Hattie" Kubera, Josephine Kozash, Julie Beller and Alice Harubin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Faszcza (O'Brien); his children, Chet, Susan Abarno (Frank) of The Villages, FL, Deborah Skorupski (Richard) of Leesburg, FL, Stephen Faszcza (Pamela) of Marshfield, MA, Patricia Bradley (Glenn) of Harwinton, CT and Jennifer Van Dore (Robert) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Clarke (Adam), Victoria "Tori" Abarno, Ryan Faszcza, Taylor Faszcza, Hannah Bradley and Jacob Bradley (Jacea); his great grandchild Julian Clarke; and his sister Anne Tierney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
