He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Richard C. Michael, Scott D. Michael, Christopher L. Thomasson, Robin L. Barnoske, Christine C. Kane and Nancy J. Antoshak; his grandchildren, Gregory D. Kane, Lillianne N. Kane, Daniel J. Antoshak, Tedd B. Antoshak, James M. Antoshak, Luke C. Antoshak, Sydney L. Catullo, Jacob Michael, Lisa Y. Phillips and Jessica T. Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell Antoshak, Milo Antoshak, Nora Rae Catullo and Jadyn Foster.
