She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walker and Rachel Walker. She is survived by: her husband W. Harmon Colter; her sister Patricia Tillman of Tallahassee, FL; and her children, William Colter of Young Harris, GA, Chuck Colter of Eustis, FL, Charlotte Dehlinger of Lilburn, GA and Teresa Freeman of Palm Coast, FL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
