It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Merrell of Leesburg, Florida, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Merrell and Ping Merrell of Leesburg, FL; and her daughter Diane Shoffner Collins of Orlando, FL.. She is survived by: her children, Robert F. Shoffner (Kim) of Zellwood, FL and Nancy Shoffner Landers (Jim) of Orlando, FL; her brother Rev. Robert E. Merrell (Gail) of Fruitland Park, FL; her son-in-law Robert Seth Collins of Orlando, FL.; and her grandchildren, Sandy Herrell Miehe (Heiko), Ryan Mathew Cullity, Nicholas Patrick Cullity of Orlando, FL and Douglas Daniel Shoffner of Zellwood, FL. She is also survived by one great grandchild and four step great grandchildren.
