He is survived by: his parent Marie McAtee; his child Kathleen Halligan; his husband Kenneth Roy of Maryville, TN; his grandchildren, Bill, Atty Melissa Roy (Dan Kunze), Colin and Amanda Halligan (Chelsea) of Los Angeles, CA; his great grandchild Madeline Halligan of Cumming, GA.; and also Sandra Roy (William).
