He was predeceased by: his father Carl Rivenbark. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Rivenbark; his wife Georgia Rivenbark; his siblings, Terry Rivenbark (Kathy) and Tricia Comer (Bill); his sons, David Rivenbark (Kayla) and Michael (Angie); and his grandchildren, Zachary Herman, Olivia Rivenbark, Joshua and Malcom Brown.
