She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Gurney and Florence Gurney; and her siblings, Bud Gurney, Alice Gurney, Louis Gurney, Robert Gurney, John Gurney and Donna Coleman.
She is survived by: her husband George Tearman II; and her children, Tom Tearman (Kathy), Helen Hoesly (Gerald), David Tearman, George Tearman III (Judy), Loren Tearman (Donna), Micheal Tearman, Robert Tearman and Jennifer Drewel (Scott). She is also survived by several grandchildren, a few great grandchildren, a couple of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, two sisters-in-law, two step daughters, other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, in Tavares, Florida for the wonderful care and support they provided Barbara and her family during this time.
