She was predeceased by: her father Paul Cislak. She is survived by: her son Joshua Tine (Lindsey); her mother Judith Biral; her sister Paula Frost; her niece Erica Case (Kevin); and her nephews, Brandon Cislak, Jeremy Cislak (Amanda) and Tyler Frost. She is also survived by three great-nephews.
