He is survived by: his sons, William (Janae) of Casselberry, FL, Tony (Sabrina) of Cosby, TN and James of Casselberry, FL.; his siblings, Bobby Horne, Joel Horne, Dollie Horne and Robbie Simmons; his grandchildren, Jacob Horne, Austin Horne, Halle Horne, Matthew Horne, Amberlee Horne, Dylan Horne, Gavin Wooten and Rylie Ryan; and his great grandchild Averie Horne.
