He is survived by: his wife Mozella Rye Phillips of Lee, Florida; his children, Robert Phillips of Lee, John Phillips of Lee, Florida and Emily Cline (Timmy) of Lee, Florida; and his brothers, Roy Phillips of Lee and James Phillips (Margie) of Lee. He is also survived by ten grandsons; five granddaughters; two great grandsons; two great granddaughters, and a host of nieces and nephews along with many friends.
