He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Edward Dickey and Wilma Park Dickey; and his sister Wilmarie Gilbert. He is survived by: his nephew David Gilbert; his wife Gail Sands Dickey; his children, Alyson Norris (Chris), Dr. Meranda Dickey (Stephen Ferguson) and Matt Mask (Jamie); his grandchildren, Lane Agner, Dylan Agner, Wyatt Norris, Leah Mask, Natalee Mask, Gabe Mask and George Ferguson; and his brother Charlie Dickey (Jane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
