He is survived by: his wife Heidi O'Brien of Fort Myers, FL; his children, Shannon O'Brien (Sherrie) of Memphis, TN and Patrick O'Brien (Carla) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Shelby (Chase), Cullen (Karen), Cassidy, Sean and Shane; and his great grandchildren, Kelwyn and Brantley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
