We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2020, at the age of 81, Mary Ann Arneson Payne of Lee, Florida, born in Fargo, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Arneson and Hazel Monson Arneson; and her siblings, Vivian Tucker, Carolyn Held and Jerome Arneson.
She is survived by: her husband John Thompson Payne, Jr. of Lee, FL; and her children, Vicki Steinhibel of Dumfries, VA, Valerie Payne (Joseph Stafford) of Fredericksburg, VA, Virginia Jackson (Larry) of Warrenton, VA, Michael J. Payne of Dumfries, VA and Marc Payne (Cynthia) of Freeport, MN. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
