He is survived by: his wife Staci Mintz; his parents, Deborah Helveston (David) of Lehigh Acres, FL and Gary Waller of Lehigh Acres, FL; his daughter Alyssa Mintz; his sister Tabitha Keller (Jason) of Cape Coral, FL; his nieces, Riley Olinsky and Emrey Keller; his nephew Trent Keller of Cape Coral; and his parents-in-law, Caroline Stott and William Stott.
