She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Lincoln Driggers and Ethel Combass Driggers; her former husband Delmer Webb; her son Marty Webb; her siblings, J. C. "Buck" Driggers, Junior Driggers and Thelma Fletcher; and her grandson Joshua Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Otis Leon Tinnell; her son Patrick Webb (Amy); her siblings, David Driggers (Nondis) and Helen Hart; her grandchildren, Gunnar Webb and Fishur Webb; her stepson Eric Tinnell; and her stepgrandchildren, Andra Tinnell, Ayla Tinnell and Cassie Tinnell. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
