He was predeceased by: his son Dusty Sinclair (Judy); and his brother Dale Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Sinclair; and his children, Janet Webster (Roy), Dawn Palmer, Tina Marshall (Chris) and Troy Sinclair (Michelle). He is also survived by friends as a giving and loving father, grandfather and friend.
